These terms explain how online estimates and appointment requests work on the HBM Home Solutions website.
Starting estimates
Prices displayed online are starting estimates based on the options selected. Material, condition, access, stain severity, odor treatment, and the actual scope of work may affect the final price.
Price approval
HBM reviews the work and confirms the final price before cleaning begins. You may decline additional or changed work before service starts.
Appointments
A calendar confirmation reserves the selected time, subject to accurate contact information and service-area availability. HBM may contact you if travel, access, weather, equipment, or another condition requires a schedule change.
Customer preparation
Please disclose known stains, pet accidents, smoke, strong odors, delicate materials, damage, and access limitations. Secure pets and valuables and provide safe access to the service area.
Results
HBM uses professional methods and reasonable care. Some permanent discoloration, wear, fiber damage, dye loss, or deeply set contamination may improve without being fully removed.
Cancellations and changes
Contact HBM as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any appointment-specific cancellation terms communicated during booking will also apply.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, submit false requests, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.
